Our Policy

You must record a 360° unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.

  • The video must clearly show the full package being opened and the product from all angles.
  • If any major damage is visible in the unboxing video, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
  • Returns or replacements will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Damage & Usage Policy

  • If damage is caused due to use and the unboxing video shows the product was intact, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are not eligible for return.
  • Used or worn shoes are strictly not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Courier Policy

  • If the courier is intentionally skipped or rejected by the customer, the order will be considered void and no replacement or refund will be provided.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier service, any delay in delivery is beyond our control, and we shall not be held responsible for such delays.
